This Agreement is between CapitalOfMystery.com (“Licensor”) and the original purchaser (“Licensee”).
2. Grant of Rights
Licensor grants Licensee a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, worldwide license to:
Print and use the Game Kit materials for unlimited in‑person events.
Charge admission or sell tickets to those events.
Display promotional images/text from the Game Kit for marketing those events.
3. Restrictions
Licensee may not:
Resell, distribute, or share the digital files, PDFs, or printed components except as attendee handouts during licensed events.
Upload any portion of the Game Kit to public websites, marketplaces, or file‑sharing services.
Create derivative works for resale (e.g., new games using these characters, plot, or art).
4. Attribution
All promotional materials must include the credit: “© CapitalOfMystery.com – Used under license.”
5. Intellectual Property
All copyright and trademarks in the Game Kit remain the sole property of Licensor.
6. Termination
Breaching Section 3 immediately terminates this license. Upon termination, Licensee must destroy all copies and cease event use.
7. Liability
Game Kit is provided “as‑is.” Licensor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use.
