1. Parties
Licensor: CapitalOfMystery.com (“we,” “us,” “our”).
Licensee: Individual or entity purchasing or otherwise lawfully acquiring the Product (“you,” “your”).
2. Definitions
Product: The downloadable PDF kit, artwork, text, audio prompts, evidence images, and all related materials entitled Glitter & Getaway – A 1977 Disco-Club Heist.
Commercial Event: Any public or private gathering for which you charge admission, sell tickets, receive sponsorship, or are paid to facilitate.
Digital File: Any file in PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX, or similar electronic format.
3. Grant of License
Subject to full payment of the purchase price, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:
Print, reproduce, and adapt the Product for personal game nights and for up to 25 Commercial Events per calendar year hosted or produced by you.
Promote those events using the Product’s title, descriptions, and images in marketing materials, provided you credit “© CapitalOfMystery.com — used with permission.”
4. Restrictions
You may not:
Resell, sublicense, share, or distribute any Digital File of the Product, in whole or in part.
Upload the Product (or substantial portions) to the internet, file-sharing networks, or AI-training datasets.
Remove or obscure copyright notices or watermarks.
Claim authorship of the Product or create derivative kits for resale.
Exceed 25 Commercial Events per year without obtaining a separate Extended Commercial License.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Product—including all copyrights and trademarks—remain exclusively with the Licensor. No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.
6. Fees & Taxes
The license fee is included in your checkout price. You are responsible for any local taxes or duties arising from commercial use of the Product.
7. Term & Termination
This License is effective on the purchase date and remains in force until terminated. We may terminate it immediately if you breach any clause. Upon termination, you must destroy or delete all Digital Files and cease all commercial use.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Product is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this License or your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor against any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your commercial use of the Product.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Casablanca, unless we mutually agree to arbitration.
12. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Product and supersedes all prior negotiations or understandings, whether written or oral. No modification is valid unless signed in writing by both parties.
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Commercial License Agreement.
