Capital of Mystery is primarily an online store. We do not operate a public walk-in retail shop at our registered address.

Capital of Mystery sells murder mystery party games, printable mystery kits, host guides, character sheets, evidence cards,
invitations, award certificates, and related party game materials.
Most products on our website are sold as digital downloads. Digital products are delivered electronically and are intended
for customers to download, print, and use for private parties, dinner parties, family gatherings, workplace events, or similar entertainment purposes.
From time to time, we may also offer physical boxed kits. Physical boxed kits are only available when the product page clearly states
“Physical Boxed Kit”, “Boxed Kit”, or “Boxed Kit — In Stock.”
If a product page does not clearly describe the item as a physical boxed kit, the product is sold as a digital download.
3. Digital Delivery
Digital products are usually delivered immediately after checkout by email and/or through your account download page.
It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address at checkout. If you do not receive your download email, please check your spam or junk folder first,

When purchasing a digital download, you agree that digital delivery may begin immediately after payment. Once the digital files have been made available,
downloaded, accessed, or used, your cancellation rights may be affected. This does not affect any voluntary refund rights explained in our

4. Physical Product Delivery
Physical boxed kits are shipped only when clearly offered on the relevant product page. Delivery times, shipping locations, and availability may vary
depending on stock and destination.
If a physical boxed kit is unavailable, the product page will state whether the item is available as a digital download instead.

for your own private event, party, or internal group activity.

- Share character sheets, clues, and game materials with the participants in your own event;
- Use the game for a private party, family gathering, workplace event, school event, or similar group activity.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, upload, or publicly share the files;
- Claim our products, artwork, writing, or game materials as your own;
- Sell printed copies or digital copies of our products without written permission;
- Use our products to create competing products or derivative commercial products;
- Remove copyright notices, branding, or ownership information from the files.
