Plot:

At Crestwood Academy’s commencement night, the gym is dressed in school colors, families fill the seats, and the graduation ceremony is moments away from its proud finale. Awards have been handed out, honors announced, and the valedictorian, Evan/Evie Hart, steps forward to deliver the final speech after the traditional Class Oath. But just as the room falls silent and the first words begin, Hart suddenly collapses.

What first looks like nerves or faintness quickly turns into something far more sinister. A thin, deliberate wound is discovered beneath the gown, and it becomes clear that this was no accident. With the doors closed, the suspects still inside, and tension spreading through the crowd, your guests must uncover who turned this proud graduation night into a murder scene.

As the game unfolds across three acts, players will piece together secrets, shifting loyalties, suspicious handoffs, and physical evidence to solve the mystery. In Valedictorian’s Last Speech, every smile hides pressure, every achievement has a cost, and someone was willing to kill to keep the truth from being spoken aloud.

How it plays:

Players take on the roles of suspects at Crestwood Academy’s commencement night, uncover secrets across 3 acts, question each other, review evidence, and make a final accusation to solve the murder.

Perfect for:

Graduation parties, teen and adult mystery nights, school-themed events, family gatherings, and anyone who wants a suspenseful, easy-to-run murder mystery for 4–30 players.
