Plot:
A luxury yacht slices through calm water at golden hour, carrying the brightest faces of the “Paradise Pixels” influencer collective on a sponsor-funded collab cruise. Cameras are rolling, champagne is flowing, and every smile is perfectly timed—because Rhea Morgan, the powerhouse producer behind the brand, built her empire on control. She decides who gets the deals, who gets cut, and who gets exposed.
During the sunset toast, Rhea steps away for what should be a quick production check. Hours later, the party shatters: she’s found dead near a lower-deck stabilizer hatch, the scene staged to look like a tragic accident. But nothing about Paradise Pixels is accidental. A spilled champagne flute marked with teal lipstick, damaged filming gear, a confidential contract, and a dawn-scheduled “apology/exposé” video all point to one truth: someone on board needed Rhea silent before morning.
As midnight turns to dawn, alliances crack, secrets surface, and reputations hang by a thread. Everyone has a motive—sponsors, blackmail, fraud, rivalry, and the fear of what Rhea could reveal. Your group must interrogate suspects, connect the evidence, and uncover who engineered the “accident”… before the morning story goes live and the killer disappears behind a perfectly curated narrative.
How it plays:
Guests are assigned characters and read a short intro aloud. Then you play through 3 Acts of guided roleplay: in each Act, players follow their folio instructions, ask and answer questions (no points, no clue cards), and the host reveals 2 evidence photos per Act. After Act 3, everyone votes on the killer, then the host opens a sealed envelope to reveal which Tier-A character is the killer and hands them a short confession to read.
