Feast of Shadows
Medieval Castle Banquet
Plot:
At Greywatch Keep, a royal winter feast begins beneath banners, torchlight, and watchful eyes. The king raises his ceremonial goblet, but before he drinks, tradition demands that his cup-bearer, Squire Alden, taste first.
Alden takes one sip and collapses before the entire court.
At first, everyone believes the king was the intended target. But Alden had been quietly investigating missing silver, clipped coin, forged seals, and whispers of secret dealings with the Black-Hounds. He planned to reveal the truth before midnight, and someone inside the keep made sure he never got the chance.
Now the doors are sealed, the feast has turned into an investigation, and every guest has secrets to protect. Players must question each other, examine the evidence, follow the trail of motive, means, and opportunity, and uncover who silenced Alden before the final reveal.

What Hosts Are Saying
Reviews from Real Detectives
"The Greed & Gouda kit turned our ordinary Saturday dinner into a full-blown Wall Street whodunit. The host script was fool-proof — even for first-timers. Our guests are already begging for the next game night!"
"I needed a fresh idea for our remote team social. The mystery kept 24 coworkers laughing and collaborating for two solid hours. HR is making this a standing tradition."
"We ran the mystery for my daughter's birthday on Zoom. The story was clean, the clues were challenging, and setup took less than an hour. Parents messaged me asking where to buy their own kit."
"I've purchased mystery kits from three other sites. None matched the polish of Capital of Mystery. Instant downloads, gorgeous PDFs, and clear Host vs. Player sections — zero spoilers. Five stars."
"We hosted the 1920s Speakeasy game for a birthday dinner and everyone stayed in character longer than expected. The evidence cards made the night feel organized but still gave everyone room to improvise."
"The game worked perfectly for our group of 18. I loved that the instructions were clear, the roles felt balanced, and even quieter guests had useful secrets and clues to share."
"I was nervous about hosting for the first time, but the host guide made it easy. We printed everything the same afternoon and played that night. The final reveal got a huge reaction."
